The Ballard Alliance is looking for an amazing group of volunteers to help us sling spirits and support the upcoming Ballard Cocktail Trail.
Here's what you can expect if you're able to join us for the evening: Friday, December 6th: 5PM - 9PM
- Arrive at the Umpqua Bank Event Headquarters (5512 22nd Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107) by 5PM. You’llreceive instructions, directions to your serving location and a volunteer badge.
- Head to your venue, get prepped and be ready to serve cocktails & support from the event starts at 6:00 PM until it wraps at 9:00PM.
- Cocktails will already be mixed, and we’ll have pre-measured serving vessels ready for you. No alcohol certificationis required to serve.
- Have fun, help tidy up your serving station, and you’re good to go for the evening!
- Absolutely no consumption of the cocktails during your shift! We know they'll look scrumptious, but this can get us into serious trouble with the Liquor Control Board and impact our ability to host future events.
Please only sign-up if you're sure you'll be able to make the event, we're very dependent on volunteers to make the evening possible. If you're unable to attend your shift, please notify me at Will@BallardAlliance.com ASAP.
P.S. We're also looking for a couple hands to help with distributing the pre-batched cocktails and supplies to host businesses before the event. Shift details for that are included below..
